Welcome to the User Support at the Faculty of Engineering

The IT group of the faculty of engineering is the group of network administrators of the associated departments. We offer several system and network services to the staff members, students and guests of the faculty. Information about these services can be found on this website. In case of a question or a problem, you may reach us through an online contact form.

If necessary you may refer directly to the IT staff member of your department or chair. The student support group will help you with problems in the student pools or with the student user accounts.
